In this session, the problem analysis approach is introduced, and participants are guided in developing a Theory of Change (ToC). The project logic chain is examined step by step, and the core elements of the Logical Framework approach and indicators are explained. In addition, guidance is provided on how to develop SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-bound) indicators for climate-focused projects. Within the session, key criteria for a solid project design are discussed, and a simple example of a climate adaptation/mitigation project is presented together with its Theory of Change and logical framework.
